Mid-Year Refresh Workshop Recap
Can you believe how fast 2022 has flown by?? I swear we were just in 2020 wishing to get to 2021!
I wanted to have a workshop mid year for that exact reason! Time seems to just fly by and we don’t even realize or remember what happened in the last 6 months, let alone the last year!
After having my first workshop, New Year, New Vibe Workshop, I knew that we had to reconnect 6 months into the year and see what progress had been made, what lessons has been learned, and what steps may be next over the last 6 months of the year.
The topics we talked and journaled about were:
Setting sustainable and attainable goals
Reflect on the past 6 months of 2022
Boundaries in the different areas of our lives
Releasing out versions of ourselves and baggage from the last 6 months
Self love as a modern day woman
Giving ourselves grace through the new seasons of our lives and much more!
We then separated into pairs and talked through what came up for us pertaining to those specific topics to be able to talk it out and work through it with other women who may be going to similar situations.
Doing this helped the women get to meet other locals but also see that we may live totally different lives but to the core, we all want the same things: love, happiness, shelter, community, and to love the work we do.
Being bale to relate helped open up the doors to new conversations nd revelations that may not had happened if working through things alone.
I have to say, it was an absolutely BEAUTIFUL sight seeing women laughing, talking, and genuinely enjoying themselves all while reconnecting with themselves.
There is only one more in-person workshop remaining for 2022 and I can not WAIT to be back in this space having these type of conversations and seeing in real time women making changes and realizing their true potential!
